1. General Provisions and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Customer (Individual/Business utilizing the services) and GH LOGISTICS regarding the provision of logistics services.

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Such changes will become effective immediately upon being posted on the website.

2. Scope of Services

GH LOGICSTICS provides comprehensive supply chain solutions, including but not limited to:

Freight Forwarding: International and domestic transportation via air, ocean, and road.

Customs Clearance: Customs brokerage, import/export consultation, and documentation services.

Project Cargo: Handling and transporting oversized, overweight, or highly complex shipments.

Warehousing & Fulfillment: Contract warehousing, inventory management, and last-mile distribution.

Technology Solutions: Providing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and shipment visibility portals.

3. Customer Rights and Obligations

Provision of Information: The Customer is responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful information regarding the goods (name, weight, dimensions, hazardous properties if any), shipper/consignee details, and all related shipping documents.

Legality of Goods: The Customer guarantees that the cargo does not contain any prohibited items under the laws of Vietnam and international regulations. The Customer bears full legal liability for any non-compliance.

Packaging Standards: The Customer must ensure that all goods are properly packed according to transport standards, capable of withstanding normal handling and transit conditions.

4. Liabilities and Limitations of Liability

Cargo Protection: We commit to transporting and storing cargo in compliance with technical guidelines and specific bilateral contract agreements.

Limitation of Liability: In the event of loss, damage, or shortage caused by our fault, compensation will be determined in accordance with the Commercial Law, Maritime Code, Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam, or the liability limits specified in the bilateral service agreement.

Exemptions from Liability: We shall be exempted from liability in cases of: Force Majeure events (natural disasters, epidemics, acts of war, strikes, government restrictions, etc.). Loss or damage resulting from the inherent vice or natural characteristics of the goods. Faults attributable to improper packaging or incorrect instructions provided by the Customer.

5. Fees and Payment

Limitation of Liability: In the event of loss, damage, or shortage caused by our fault, compensation will be determined in accordance with the Commercial Law, Maritime Code, Civil Aviation Law of Vietnam, or the liability limits specified in the bilateral service agreement.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these services shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation and mediation. If no settlement is reached, the dispute will be referred to a competent court or an International Arbitration Center as regulated.
